Client Rights

We firmly believe that the Client has a right to:

  • Safe and competent care
  • Be treated with dignity and respect by the staff
  • Receive reasonable consideration for their needs and preferences
  • Be notified of changes of workers
  • Have an environment that is safe, clean and comfortable
  • Participate in their own care and treatment
  • Refuse care or to live at risk
  • Voice grievances without fear of discrimination or reprisal
  • Have privacy of personal and health records
  • Have a person or advocate present for support
  • Be able to share concerns and problems with Supervisors and home support staff and to be allowed to solve problems together as they relate to the care plan or other issues.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Clients are encouraged to call whenever they have concerns or questions regarding their care.
