Team Office Coordinator - Duties involve team coordination and computer scheduling, and communication with referral sources, clients and caregivers. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with the ability to problem solve. Requires exceptional organizational skills.
Community Care LPN/RPN - Duties involve the provision of care in home, lodge and institutional settings. We have a special need for persons interested in the areas of palliative care and pediatric care. We require dedicated individuals with a willingness to travel within a community setting. |

We have positions for Field Supervisors and nurses with the desire to work in the area of community care, palliative care and/or pediatric care. Duties involve the training and supervision of caregivers, quality assurance and risk management, assessments and education and hands-on care. Part-time and full-time positions available.
